We've had a busy winter filling orders to all our valued customers.. but alas, it's left us short of stock!
Rest assured, new colours will be added in the coming months.. but in the mean time, please make a selection from our reduced range knowing that we're working hard to replenish stocks.

If you've noticed the plastic packaging that ThermalEyes comes in has reduced in size, you're not the only one! Unbeknownst to us, the source we use for our packaging reduced the dimensions of the bag.. leading to our stock having a more squished appearance!
Rest assured, our product hasn't changed in size, and the slightly more' squished' nature of the product will not affect its function in the slightest.

We're trialling a new delivery method to hopefully improve delivery times. We currently use Australia Post.. and they've not been up to the ThermalEyes standards!
Let us know what you think of 'Sendle' for delivery times and service as they are a smaller business who support the small business' of Australia!

We recently had the pleasure in holding our first focus group session... And what an evening it was! Facilitated by our in-house management consultant, the participants shared their experiences in managing dry eye patients and provided feedback about product design, whilst enjoying a selection of wine and canapés.
We're still working through all the information gained by this evening, but one thing we definitely know is that we look forward to hosting more of these groups.. knowledge IS power after all!

I must say, I LOVE choosing fabrics.. for myself.. but choosing fabrics for ThermalEyes is a challenge! If it were up to me, they'd all be bright, cheery and mostly yellow.. but alas, these aren't always so popular! Why go for a dull description when you can have a bit of fun! We could have just called them 'gingham - pink' or 'hat pattern, blue'.. but that would have been boring. So we got creative... my personal favourite - 'Beyoncé's Child' (Blue Ivy… get it!).
