We recently had the pleasure in holding our first focus group session... And what an evening it was! Facilitated by our in-house management consultant, the participants shared their experiences in managing dry eye patients and provided feedback about product design, whilst enjoying a selection of wine and canapés. 

We're still working through all the information gained by this evening, but one thing we definitely know is that we look forward to hosting more of these groups.. knowledge IS power after all!
